Flexem has always respected scientific management, and pays a lot attention to product certification, in August 2015 Flexem has obtained ISO9001:2008 international system certification, and all series of products have passed CE certification from the third party.

Flexem has more than 1 thousand and 600 square meters of production factory in Lanyun Technology Park , Baoan District, Shenzhen. Besides, the R&D center and production factory are well equipped with various advanced testing instruments and experimental devices, there are many production and testing devices. Main devices including:

High/low Temperature Impact Testing Box (1 unit): used for the simulation test of high/low temperature environment of the prototypes.

High Frequency Digital Oscilloscope (4 units): used for electronic signal test and analysis.

Electromagnetic Interference Testing System (1 unit): used for electromagnetic interference test of the circuit board and the whole machine.

High Temperature Aging Testing Cabinet (3 units): used for high temperature aging test of the products.

Vibration Testing Bench (1 unit): used to test the anti-vibration performance of the products.

Testing Computer and Fixture System (4 units): special computers used to test the performance of the products.

A variety of temperature, electric signal testing instrument: used to test the various signals in the development and production process.
